To place an order, just follow these steps: 

1. Once you have browsed and decided on the item(s) you wish to purchase, place them in the shopping basket by selecting the correct product and specifications and clicking on Add to basket. Click on the shopping basket icon at the top right of your screen to continue your purchase. 

2. In your basket you will find an overview of all the items you have added. Check your choice of colour and quantity. Bear in mind that only after completing your order the items are effectively reserved for you. 
If you're happy with your selection, click on checkout to proceed to payment, and complete your order.
3. In checkout, select a delivery address and fill out the details where needed. On the next step you will be given the chance to check your order details before confirming. 

4. Once your order has been completed you will see the confirmation on the screen and you will receive a confirmation email with your order number shortly after. To stay informed about the status of your order visit Your orders in your customer account.

We will also notify you by email as soon as your delivery leaves our warehouse. This email will also provide you with your tracking number.

If you know what you're looking for, type it into the search bar at the top of your screen. You can search by article number, product name, or alternatively scroll through the list of images.

 After this you can also refine your search by selecting a product category in the menu bar and refine your results by using the search filters, or sort the items based on price, article number or alphabetically.

It is possible to use your own forwarder, you need to select this option when placing the order. This is possible at the moment of ordering.

Go to My orders and navigate to ‘Recent orders’. Bottom right of the page, click on ‘View details’. 

Next, click on the ‘edit’ button. You are back in your shopping basket. Edit your shopping basket by deleting the products in your basket. Click on ‘proceed to checkout’ to update your order.

 If the ‘edit’ button is not visible it means that the order can’t be changed anymore.

Yes, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

The order confirmation will state when a product will be back in stock.

The requested delivery date is the date on which you want to goods to be ready for collection at our warehouse.

When an item is not in stock, the order confirmation will state when it will be in stock again.  Once the item is available again, your order will be packed and shipped.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make changes to your order after it's been finalised.

Once your order is placed, the delivery option, delivery address, payment, and product colors can't be changed. If you made a mistake or simply changed your mind, we recommend to contact Customer Support.

You can download a copy of your invoice in your account dashboard.

We accept wire payments or letter of credits.

In case you have overdue invoices, an order can be delayed.

When completing the order, the delivery options are shown and you need to select one of them.

The Requested Delivery Date is the date on which you want the order to be ready in our warehouse.

Our prices are on an Ex Works basis. All delivery costs will be added to the invoice. Return shipments are at your expense.

You can return an order using the E-commerce. Click on ‘My account”, ‘My return orders’ and then on ‘Create new return order’.

Select the tab ‘My Return orders (RMA)’ in your account dashboard. Create a new return order by clicking on the button ‘Create new return order’. Enter an item number or product name to find the product you are looking for. You can then select a product and set the return quantity. Click on ‘add’ to add the product to the list of returns. 

For each product you return, you have to specify the reason. For each product you return, provide us with the serial number of the end device and add a comment.

Next, complete your return request. After completing, your request will be visible in your ‘Return orders (RMA) page.

Download your Sales Return Order by clicking the button ‘Download return order’. Print this page and add it to your package before sending it to us.

  • Defective item, please change.
  • Defective item, please make a credit note.
  • Device on loan.
  • Technical problem, please repair in warranty.
  • Technical problem, please repair out of warranty.
  • Technical problem, please quote before repair. Sent for research, no further action is required.
  • Wrong item has been delivered, please exchange.
  • Wrong item had been ordered, please make a credit note.

Our prices are on an Ex Works basis so any delivery costs will be added to the invoice. Return shipments are at your expense.

The cost of a return shipment does not only include transport costs, but also handling and packaging costs.

You can view all your personal data here. You can find your recent orders and the contact details of your account manager.

You company details are received from your company card. When changes need to be made, please contact your customer support contact person.

Your contact data are subtracted from you company questionnaire. Contact our customer support center to make changes to your contact data.

Go to your shopping basket and proceed to checkout. Under the tab ‘shipping information’ you have the option to deliver the order to a different address.

Go to you account dashboard. In the section ‘contact information’ you can click the link ‘Change password’. Here you can change your password by providing your current password. Your new password should at least be 7 characters long.

If you forgot your password, you'll need to enter your email address (in the login page) and hit send. You will receive an email with a link in it (please note: this email may take some time to reach you and could appear in your spam / junk folder).

 Click on the link in the email when you receive it, and you'll be prompted to enter a new password. You can then use the new password to login to your Gymna account.

Before completing your order, please make sure that you have entered the correct delivery address. If you do need to change anything in your order, make sure you remember to click on edit before completing your order.

Go to our Gymna Library and select the right product category. In the technical support section you can find an overview and exploded views of our products. Look for the Art. N° that matches the spare part you need. In our E-Commerce system, you can search for the matching Art. N° and add it to your shopping basket.

The configurator generates a specific product. It collects information from a variaraty of systems in order to show the correct lead time, price info, images, etc. When an option is selected, please wait untill to loading (moving blue squares on your screen) is finished before selecting the next option. The system needs time to generate the correct info.
